20    maraschino cherries

Pineapple Glaze:

4 oz. pineapple puree

1 tsp. sriracha sauce

2 oz. soy sauce

½ cup frozen orange juice concentrate

½ cup ginger ale


¼ cup potato flakes (instant mashed potatoes)

* Optional finish sauce with 2 oz of butter


  1. Place the Inner Pot into the Pressure Cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the glaze together except ginger ale and potato flakes.
  3. With a paring knife, make crisscross lines in the ham.
  4. Pour the ginger ale into the Inner Pot.
  5. Rub glaze over entire ham.
  6. Secure the Lid on the Cooker. Lock the Lid and switch the Pressure Release Valve to Closed.
  7. Press the CHICKEN/MEAT button and then the COOK TIME SELECTOR twice until the time is set to 1 hour.
  8. Once the timer reaches 0, the Pressure Cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Press CANCEL. Let the pressure release naturally.  Switch the Pressure Release Valve to Open. When the steam is completely released, remove the Lid.
  9. Remove the ham from the Inner Pot. Reserve drippings for sauce.
  10. Add potato flakes to drippings. Cook for 2 minutes until thickened. * add butter.
  11. Skewer cherries with toothpicks. Decorate.
