Ingredients
2  pound  Lean ground beef  
2  clove  garlic, minced  
1    onion, chopped  
1  cup  Green bell pepper, diced  
8  ounce  tomato sauce  
1  tablespoon  Brown Sugar  
2  tablespoon  ketchup  
1  teaspoon  Ground mustard  
1  tablespoon  spiced mustard  
1.5  teaspoon  Chili powder   
1  teaspoon  Garlic powder   
2  tablespoon  olive oil  
4    hamburger buns  

Directions
  1. Place the Inner Pot in the Power Pressure Cooker XL.
  2. Press the Rice/Risotto button. Set the cooking time to 6 mins. to begin the cooking cycle.
  3. Add the olive oil to the Inner Pot and heat the oil. Then, add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Drain the excess fat from the Inner Pot. Add the garlic and onion and cook until translucent.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients except the hamburger buns to the Inner Pot.
  6. Place the lid on the Power Pressure Cooker XL and turn the lid to lock it. Turn the Pressure Release Valve to the Closed position.
  7. Press the Meat/Chicken button. Set the cooking time to 10 mins. to begin the cooking cycle.
  8. Once the timer reaches 0, the Cooker will automatically switch to Keep Warm mode. Press the Cancel button. Use tongs to turn the Pressure Release Valve to the Open position to release steam. When the steam is released completely, remove the lid and serve the sloppy joes between your favorite hamburger buns.
