2  cup  Dry lentils  
6  cup  vegetable broth  
1    Onion diced   
2    carrots diced  
2    celery stalks diced  
2  tablespoon  garlic minced  
1  teaspoon  cumin  
2    Bay leaves   
2  tablespoon  olive oil  
2  tablespoon  chopped parsley and thyme  
1  teaspoon  salt  
1  teaspoon  fresh cracked black pepper  


1. Place the Inner Pot in the cooker. Place the Olive Oil in the Inner Pot. Press Rice/Risotto button. 6 minutes

2. Add in the onions, carrots, and celery cook for 3 minutes, add in the garlic.

3. Add in all the remaining ingredients. Place the Lid on the cooker, lock Lid and switch the Pressure Valve to Closed.

4. Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Press the CANCEL button. Natural release. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.

5. Ladle into a bowl garnish with parsley and thyme
