1    spaghetti squash cut in half  
1  cup  water  
2  tablespoon  olive oil  
1  teaspoon  salt  
0.5  teaspoon  Freshly ground black pepper  


1. Place the Inner Pot in the cooker. Press Fish/Vegetable button, 2 mins. Place the canning rack in the unit and the water. 2. Place the spaghetti squash flesh side facing up. Drizzle oil over the flesh, then season with salt and pepper 3. Place the Lid on the cooker, lock Lid and switch the Pressure Valve to Closed. 4.
