2  tablespoon  Sesame oil  
3  tablespoon  Rice wine  
1  pound  Pork chops boneless, loin cut into strips  
1    Large onion; thinly sliced   
1  ounce  Bag coleslaw mix; shredded   
4  ounce  Fresh shiitake mushroom stems removed and sliced   
1  tablespoon  Garlic; minced   
0.5  teaspoon  White Pepper  
0.25  cup  beef stock  
3  tablespoon  Soy sauce  
3  ounce  Hoisin sauce  
4    Scallions; thinly sliced  
2  tablespoon  Cornstarch; mixed into 2 tablespoons water  
0    Moo Shu pancake (substitute flour tortillas)   

  1. Place the inner pot into the Pressure Cooker. Press the Bean/lentil button. Set time to 5 min.
  2. Wait for oil to get very hot. Place the pork and onion in the cooker and cook until pork is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the coleslaw mix, garlic, beef broth, and soy sauce.
  4. Place the lid on the Pressure Cooker, lock the lid and switch the pressure release valve to closed.
  5. Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Press the CANCEL Button. Switch the pressure release valve to open. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
  6. Stir in hoisin sauce, scallions, and cornstarch mixture. Let simmer 2 minutes.
  7. Serve wrapped in tortillas, spread with additional hoisin sauce if desired.
